Kris was very patient and took his time to show me several models of Toyota's. After deciding on the model that I liked he was able to find one for me. Kris was very knowledgeable about the vehicl several models of Toyota's. After deciding on the model that I liked he was able to find one for me. Kris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was going to purchase and even showed me several different models to choose from and drive. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership since 2000 and Kris went out of his way to assist me. The reason I return to Lou Fusz is I feel I can trust the sales department as well as the service department! Thank you for another positive experience at this dealership! More
Purchased Brand New 2012 RAV4 V6 4WD Keyless Entry/Ignition. This vehicle does not start almost 20% of the time. First I was told it was user error, service couldn't find any issue. Next t Entry/Ignition. This vehicle does not start almost 20% of the time. First I was told it was user error, service couldn't find any issue. Next they were going to replace steering column due to issue. Now being told that this is "NORMAL" operating procedure and that it is acceptable that this vehicle doesn't start more than 5 times per week on average. If this was "normal" - I should have been told this within the first 3 weeks when I brought it in for service. My salesman has totally washed his hands of this - after all, he got his commission. Toyota is stating this is totally normal when in fact it is not. I want statistics of all Rav4 keyless ignition buyers and reports as to if any of them have this issue. After all, being "normal" - the service managers and everyone should have known this was "normal" - right? And my salesman should have pointed this out as well at point of sale. Anyone want a beautiful RAV4 that just happens to be a Lemon? I have repeatedly told Lou Fusz that I want to return this for a complete refund. So, this is some background that you can see why I'm giving a very earned disgraceful rating. I will never recommend Lou Fusz nor Toyota. More
My husband and I came to Lou Fusz wanting to buy a sienna from them. Our trip to the Dodge and Ram Lou Fusz was so amazing that they had us sold on Lou Fusz and our research had us sold on a sienna. When w from them. Our trip to the Dodge and Ram Lou Fusz was so amazing that they had us sold on Lou Fusz and our research had us sold on a sienna. When we were first assigned James I asked my husband if we should ask for someone else and I really wish that we had. My first thought was that he was having a bad day but then it seemed as if he was inconvenienced by being placed with us. Three separate times during our search we had to wait while he did something else. We waited more than we looked at cars. He then told us nothing about any car we asked to see. The only thing he said when we asked about the car was "it's pretty standard." WE even tried to make small chat and he acted like he couldn't hear us. When it was time to talk numbers we finally asked for someone else (while we were waiting for him yet again). The manger was insistent that we stay with him. We obviously weren't going to buy a car from someone who was pained by being with us. The plan was to come back later and get it from someone else but they wouldn't even give us a price! The manager was so rude that we decided to leave and never look back; that would be my advise if you see James or have to deal with the manager. We ended up down the street at Seeger Toyota and bought a car from them that night! More
Great up until I pulled out of the lot. Then follow up and concern for problems I incurred with the car were not good. I expected more out of a dealer of this stature. I'm not sure if it was my salesman and concern for problems I incurred with the car were not good. I expected more out of a dealer of this stature. I'm not sure if it was my salesman's fault... it may have been their policies. Problem was minor and I fixed on my own. Would have expected for them to stand behind the car more when I spend over $30k on their used car lot. Also, seems like a bait and switch program going on. They advertise that cars come with 30 day warranty and return policy, but then when you go to close the deal, they scratch that policy out. It's too bad, but I would not recommend them. I felt like I was treated with shady, outdated used car dealer tactics. Certainly not something I would expect from a Toyota dealer. More
Just seeking info on new truck purchase, was not ready to buy at this time but felt no pressure to go beyond my comfort level of inquiries. buy at this time but felt no pressure to go beyond my comfort level of inquiries. More
Lou Fusz has a huge network in the area, so they can offer just about anything you want, and their prices are pretty reasonable. However, I would have to say that this was the worst car buying experienc offer just about anything you want, and their prices are pretty reasonable. However, I would have to say that this was the worst car buying experience that I have ever gone through. My actual dealer, Albert Koesterer, was very nice, but then again, that is their job. Alot of games of back and forth and good cop bad cop so to speak. Scott Cross, LF used sales manager, is a joke. Extremely rude, and a terrible attitude. The GM is a Fusz boy. Patrick is his name i believe. What a joke this guy is. Typical roll into family business attitude and presentation. You could not pay ME to buy another car at ANY Fusz Dealership. More
We had a very good experience buying a new 4Runner at Fusz Toyota. Jimmy worked tirelessly to get us into the vehicle that day, at a fair price. Fusz Toyota. Jimmy worked tirelessly to get us into the vehicle that day, at a fair price. More
i was told on the phone that if i came in for a test drive (which i had already planned to do) that i would be given a $15.00 gas card. jeff had none and has never sent one even though i have reminded drive (which i had already planned to do) that i would be given a $15.00 gas card. jeff had none and has never sent one even though i have reminded him. that was on june 18th. it is now aug 13th. when i was hesitant he said he had a car in the shop that would be ready soon that he thought that i might like. as the meeting progressed i fealt that it was because i showed much interest in the solara, he said that the car in the shop might have some sort of steering problem. sounded like i was being steered to the solara that i had come to see.
