My husband and I needed a vehicle. Much to his credit, he did his homework online. We found a nice used car in our price range. We were greeted by Mike Morris on a very busy Saturday. My wife and I were shopping for a new mini-van, we had already been contacted by Fusz so when we came in we asked for the gentleman who had already contacted us, he was not available - and it took them 10 already been contacted by Fusz so when we came in we asked for the gentleman who had already contacted us, he was not available - and it took them 10-15min to get us someone else when there was just people standing around available to help. Then we got James Conaway who definitely seemed like he could have cared less about us, I had to ask every question about the cars, he offered up almost no information to help us learn about the features of the vans we were looking at. Then when we were trying to get prices wouldn't even give us a quote. I know he went and talked with his manager - so I'm sure they had something to do with that too, but it was ridiculous, I have never had such bad service looking for a car, usually people are friendly and want to sell something, but this was horrible experience. We ended up leaving the dealership and driving down the street a few miles to Seeger Toyota where we bought a car that same night - mostly because they had a good and friendly sales staff who was willing to work with us. Overall I was extremely disappointing in the quality of this dealership. I did go to the Chrysler/Dodge Fusz dealership and they were very good, so maybe it's not the whole company, but stay away from this place unless you like having people be rude and not helpful to you in your car buying experience. I did my homework on the Internet(Kelly Blue Book, Edmonds,etc), looked at ConsumerReport and looked at new and used Toyota. Got pricing from several sources and even got a KBB listing for my used 20 Edmonds,etc), looked at ConsumerReport and looked at new and used Toyota. Got pricing from several sources and even got a KBB listing for my used 2002 Toyota to be sure I was getting a fair value on trade. Rob Youngclaus gave me a phone call and said he was interested in my used vehicle; we made an appointment to come to the dealership. I had also looked at a competitors vehicle and had decided to go for the best price, best service and dealership that wanted my business. Mr. Youngclaus met us (my wife and I) at the dealership on time and showed us several automobiles two of which we test drove. He looked at our car and had the mechanics look it over and gave us a fair price toward trade. My now we were sold on the 2012 Camry XLE V6. Looking over current inventory showed none with the options we wanted, but Mr. Youngclaus located a vehicle in KS and we settled on a price with trade. This was August during the 0% financing month, so we were set. I gave a CC deposit and we waited for the car to arrive. When it came in, the month had changed to Sept. no more 0% financing, but now 0.9%. I asked Mr. Youngclaus to honor our deal at 0%, well Toyota Credit wouldn't cooperate, but Lou Fusz did. They reduced the sale price of the vehicle by the amount of a 5 year 0.9% finance charge and we now are enjoying our new Toyota Camry. With the 4 free oil changes, free car washes, front to back maintenance plan, and all the care Lou Fusz provides, we will be back for another when the time comes. BTW, the cookies and coffee are GREAT! More
