Mr. Portnoy was very accommodating to our schedule in helping us learn about the Toyota hybrid and getting through the sales process. I recently purchased a 2013 Avalon Hybrid at the Lou Fusz Toyota dealership. I worked with Kris Portnoy throughout. He made the process very easy. I told Kris that I needed to sell the car on my own first, which i did, and that I would be back to buy a new car after that. I was not pressured into making a purchase before I sold my car. Kris was very understanding of my situation and patient. When I finally came back I purchased the Avalon at what I thought was a reasonable price given that the car was in short supply and I didn't have much leverage to negotiate. All in all it was a good experience. This was the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from a Lou Fusz dealership and have always had a pleasant experience. More
