First, James Conaway was extremely knowledgeable about the entire family of Toyota products. Cerntainly does not hurt that he works for an outstanding dealership Lou Fusz in Kirkwood. That was important to me as a buyer. The second reason and less lucky reason I chose James and Lou Fusz is that my neighbor's tree fell on my 3 month old car with only 3,500 miles on it. Car totaled. The first car buying experience was extremely satisfying and there was no compelling reason to look anywhere else. I had a problem with a totaled car and Lou Fusz was there to help. You can not beat that. Give Lou Fusz and James a chance....they will not disappoint. More

Dan Bozzay introduced me to my salesman, Scott Christensen. Scott was able to answer all my questions about the Camry and helped me weigh out the different options against my needs/wants and budget. Our negotiations on my trade-in and the final cost of the new car were quick and very professional. Brian Summerville was the Finance Manager who walked me through the paperwork on the purchase of the Camry. Brian took a lot of time with me to make sure I understood exactly how we arrived at the final cost and payment schedule. He also explained the different additional insurance and warranty programs. There was no pressure to add any of these programs. Brian laid them out and explained how they worked and what they covered to where I could really compare their value to my driving habits and make an intelligent decision about whether I wanted them or not. Once my purchase was finalized, Scott gave me a bumper-to-bumper explanation of all the workings of my new Camry. He even programmed the Bluetooth connection for my cell phone before I drove off the lot. As I said earlier, purchasing my Camry at Lou Fusz Toyota was the best car buying experience I've ever had. He answered all my questions and provided me with reference materials. He was very good in describing the feautures of the Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE that we purchased. While purchasing a car can often leave one with buyer's remorse, this was not the case in dealing with John and Lou Fusz. I would highly recommend John for your next purchase of a Toyota car. Jim Donohue was the best new car salesman I have ever dealt with. I love the Toyota brand and have just purchased a new Rav4 limited. So far we are very pleased. We were not even home yet and had a call that he had one and we could get it the next day. I was truly amazed. It came down from Iowa City. Exactly what we wanted. Jim was very professional and pleasant when dealing with us. We traded in two cars and there wasn't any problems with the deal at all. I would highly recommend dealing with Lou Fusz Toyota and Jim Donohue to anyone. More
