Went to Lou Fusz looking for the Toyota Highlander, Todd was was very friendly and extremely helpful. There wasn't a Highlander on the the lot that fit what I was looking for. Even without a promised sale Todd was very friendly and looked for the features I wanted at other locations. We were shown the specials and the financing you provided. By the end of our visit Todd had found a Highland to suit my needs and features I wanted, I left knowing my Highlander would be delivered to the lot on Friday, 2 days from purchase. Todd provided me with a very pleasant experience with buying a car, no pressure just facts, understanding, knowledge and commitment to me as a customer. I am very pleased with the dealership information contained on autotrader.com. Lou Fusz enters not only the basic information, but they also list the options for each of the vehicles at their dealership. That is the main reason I went to Lou Fusz in the first place - I knew from the website they had several 2013 RAV4's on their lot. The friendly, informative sales people are what convinced me to come back. More

I was so impressed with the Lou Fusz dealership and Jim Donohue, that I bought a new Avalon that same day. From the time I walked into the dealership until I picked up my new car a few weeks later, it was a positive experience. Jim Donohue was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation and in terms I could understand. He did not try to pressure me into buying a car and worked with me on the price. Until now, I didn't know that buying a car could be such an enjoyable experience. Jim explained all the possible options for the car and the many perks Lou Fusz offers after the sale--too many to mention here. Jim called me personally the next day to thank me for my purchase and Lou Fusz emailed a video with the same message. I have had my new Avalon for about 2 weeks and I love it. Any time I have questions, Jim is happy to answer them. Jim gives truly exceptional service before and after the sale! This dealership makes you feel appreciated. When I picked up the car, I met with Brian Summerville who explained financing options and extended warranty protection plans. He took the time to explain all options in detail and did not try to pressure me into purchasing one that day. He was very friendly, competent and helpful. Brian worked with us to select the plan that would best fit our needs. It was another great experience at Lou Fusz. All of the people I have met at Lou Fusz are friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like a valued customer and make you want to come back. I would highly recommend this dealership, and in particular Jim Donohue, to my friends and family! Adam Schoeler was my salesperson he was very knowledgeable about any question I had about the vehicles in which I was interested. When I purchased my vehicle he explained in detail how everything worked. I would feel comfortable recommending him to somebody that I knew was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I also would like to recommend Steve Hoenig my finance manager who more than surpassed my expectations on financing my vehicle. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Lou Fusz over the last 20 years, 1 used and 2 new Toyotas. I have never been disappointed in dealing with this dealership. More
I came into Lou Fusz Toyota last week to buy a Toyota Tacoma and dealt with Jimmy Conaway.He was very professional and easy to work with.He was able to get me the truck I found on another Toyota lot and Tacoma and dealt with Jimmy Conaway.He was very professional and easy to work with.He was able to get me the truck I found on another Toyota lot and made the sale's experience , like sitting in your own home having a drink and talking to someone you knew for a long time.Jimmy answered every question I had about the truck and went over everything on the truck and when I left I felt like I knew where everything was and how to operate everything . I love this truck and it's probably the best truck I ever bought and I will recomend Jimmy to my friends and will also buy my next car from Jimmy. More
I recently bought a 2013 Toyota Camry at Lou Fusz Toyota. After the sale, Nancy spent a LOT of time with us showing and explaining all of the features of our new car (she owns a 2013 Camry as well). I would definitely recommend the Camry, Lou Fusz Toyota and Nancy Schubert to anyone considering a new car. BONUS: one of the reasons I chose Lou Fusz Toyota is because I bought my new 1999 Camry there 14 years ago, and I have been VERY impressed with their service department (Mike, Scott, Warren, Larry...) over the past 14 years.
