Jeff Bohnert returned my overnight inquiry promptly the next morning and we were able to schedule a time to view the vehicle I was interested in. He then took us over to see the new cars and we talked to several of the people in the agency and found everyone very helpful. We crunched the numbers and leasing a Prius was the best option for us. We've never leased a car before and were introduced to the whole process and were very pleased with the outcome. I have recommended the agency to anyone who asks about the car. I would 100% recommend this dealership if considering a new Toyota. I original went to another Toyota dealership in West County and was ready to purchase a vehicle, until they lied to my face. Had a great experience. I would recommend Kris to anyone. There was a minor hiccup along the way, but Lou Fusz made it up to me a 1000 times over and I left with a huge smile on my face as I drove away in my brand new Rav4. Again, this is a great dealership. kris has also checked up on me after the sale, and let me know I can contact him at anytime if I have any questions or concerns. This is great, because most dealers end the relationship right after the car is sold. One of the best things of the experience is what happens when you pick your car up to take home. The dealership gives you one on one training on how to use your car. This person (sorry can't remember his name), spent at least 30 minutes showing me how to work my car. This was huge for me, because there is just so much technology in cars today. My old car couldn't even charge my cell phone, so this new car was a huge adjustment. Within minutes my cell phone was hooked up to Bluetooth and I learned how to make phone calls, etc. my mom, who was with me to pick up the car, mentioned how nice of a service this is. She has had her car almost 10 years and still doesn't know how to work half the functions. The Lou Fusz guy helping me stated they are one of the only dealers in the United States to do this. Otherwise, it would have been me and my manual for a longtime . Again, I loved my experience and would recommend Lou Fusz Toyota and Kris Portnoy to anyone. More
