Our salesman Gene Gardner was very easy to work with, no pressure whatsoever, he did not try to sell us on a lot of extras or try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle. Test drive was great and paperwork completed. We returned the next day to actually pick up the car and drive it home. Within 48 hours the check engine light came on and it shuttered to the point of being undriveable. I called up Jeff Strum and explained the situation. We were not promised anything when we purchased the vehicle, but Jeff said they will make it right. They paid for all repairs and we were back on the road within a week. With service like that Lou Fusz Toyota is at the top of our list when the time comes to buy another vehicle. More

He told me the car was on a different lot but he would have it moved to Manchester and Lindbergh the following Monday. I visited the dealership, test drove the car, and decided to make an offer. Jeff and I sequestered ourselves in his office for several hours negotiating until we finally reached an mutually agreeable price. I bought the car. I would like to express the highest degree of satisfaction with my experience. Mr. Bohnert was friendly, fair, and most importantly of all, genuinely honest - qualities that not only make good business but good repeat business as well. Great Experience We visited Lou Fusz after we had found the vehicle we we looking for online. I called and talked to Jeff Bohnert. I asked him if they still had the CR We visited Lou Fusz after we had found the vehicle we we looking for online. I called and talked to Jeff Bohnert. I asked him if they still had the CR-V in their inventory. He said they did, so I asked if we could come in for a test drive around 5:30 PM. We came in at 5:30, he had the car puled up ready to be inspected by us. The first thing I noticed was that JOYFM, a Christian radio station I listen to, was playing. I thought "What a God send." We took it for a drive and were pleased. When it came to negotiating on price, Jeff had no objection of my fair offer. Jeff made us feel comfortable while we negotiated and didn't pressure us. We would have purchased the CR-V that night except that the finance person had left for they day. This was fine because Jeff was going to have the CR-V detailed for us with a full tank of gas anyway. My wife went the next day and purchased the CR-V and was very pleased. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Lou Fusz. I bought a Carolla from them in 2007 and still drive it today. More
