The Corvette that could have “KILLED” me! These goofy cats knowingly sold me a car with an open safety recall! Then it was like pulling teeth to make them unwind the deal. Long story short they knowingly put my life in danger and had no remorse for doing so. After the sale was completed they could care less about my car or my concerns. I was shocked and appalled by the way I was treated. Lou Fusz has lost a customer for good along with my friends and family who will never do business with Lou Fusz due to their after sale behavior. This review is a little unusual because I didn't actually purchase a car from Joshua. We were in contact via phone and email because I was inquiring about a RAV4 Hybrid. Of course those are near impossible purchase a car from Joshua. We were in contact via phone and email because I was inquiring about a RAV4 Hybrid. Of course those are near impossible to get but Joshua presented me with other options. Ultimately I went with a different make based strictly on the looks of the car. If it had came down to the salesman that I would prefer to work with it would have been Joshua...hands down. Very prompt, professional, and courteous. More
