My first contact with the dealership was a phone call to gather some information about their new Corolla iM. I was fortunate to have had this conversation with Shane who was very courteous and helpful. I set an appointment with him to meet in person and look over the iM. He is a very personable sales person who is forthright and dedicated to serve his customer. Through out the entire process he was respectful, patient and willing to answer any question. Never was there a time when you felt pressured to make a decision quickly. He is thorough and the whole process was very smooth and customer oriented.
