This was not so much... Now I'm not sure if it's because I am woman (most of your "awesome" reviews are from men), I look significantly younger than I am, or if I may have had a look that I wasn't serious about purchasing or have money... to be honest I don't know why I got the lack of customer service. From the start I felt like I was a burden to the sales person's day. I was barely greeted and extended my name and salutations first. My questions were barely met at a minimums. Furthermore the sales person didn't seem much interested in what I was looking for or my situation in order to better assist me or point me in potential vehicle options. To close he only wanted my name to claim me and my potential commission (which was said) should I come back in but I was also informed I wouldn't be contacted. He would "wait" to see if I came back. Fast forward 2 days when I went to another dealership. The service was phenomenal as I was greeted by multiple people and given all the information I needed. The sales person spent more than an hour with me going over options and asking ME questions to better assist me. Needless to say I am purchasing a new car with them. Having been in the Toyota family for more almost 20 years I am really disappointed and won't return. More

Great summary/tutorial once the car was purchased to make sure we knew where and what all the features were; especially crucial for car-buying nowadays with so many bells and whistles. It will help us maximize the utility that we get out of our new car. Waiting area was nice and comfortable and will make it more likely that we return to Lou Fusz for car service. Overall great experience and I would recommend Shane to my friends, should they be in the market for a new car. More
