December 2022 and it is still a tough time with car deliveries. We had worked with Tony Castiglioni to place an order for new Toyota Sequoia 2023 months in advance and here we go it had arrived in 12/1 deliveries. Working with Tony was great he responded to our status check text messages even on his days off. Worked with us on trade in appraisal. Now in current market you may want to trade in your car as soon as you get appraisal from dealer if you satisfied with offered value and have other means of transportation before your new ride arrives (which takes months). Our first appraisal was a bit higher vs the final when we got the car. However we are happy with overall process and rate overall experience at 5. Recommend Tony for new car purchase, great communication and updates during wait time. Ohh and Lou Fusz did not charge market adjustment as some other dealers do. More

I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2023 4Runner from this dealer. I had been on the look out for a new 2023 4Runner to replace my 2018 model. I contacted Fusz via the internet and was assigned Jo from this dealer. I had been on the look out for a new 2023 4Runner to replace my 2018 model. I contacted Fusz via the internet and was assigned Joe Gustafson as my salesperson. 2023 4Runners are in high demand and scarce. Joe continually stayed in contact with me regarding finding the model and trim line I wanted. Once located and allocated, Joe kept me in the loop constantly as to the vehicle’s delivery. Joe, who is a seasoned veteran in the new car business, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the market for this vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived for transport to the dealer, Joe and I met, and reached a deal on the purchase price and trade-in value without any problems at all. I received a very good price for my trade-in and the purchase price was straight forward. MSRP plus admin. fee for a scarce vehicle in high demand, and not marked up above MSRP. I have to admit, this was the first time I ever paid MSRP. Two painless trips to the dealer. First trip to value my trade- in. Second trip to pick up the new vehicle. Each trip took less than an hour. Joe and the gentleman in the Finance department made the experience a no hassle enjoyable experience. Last, it was a nice surprise being able to pay with a personal check. The last two new cars I purchased, the dealer required a wire transfer. Bottom line: Lou Fusz and Joe Gustafson receive an “A+” from me on this transaction. More

the final getting of the vehicle was fast and very good. it was the process of ordering and waiting the 7 months. Communication could have been better, got many calls of other vans coming in, just not what it was the process of ordering and waiting the 7 months.
