It was extemely cold the morning I brought my vehicle in and yet it was seviced, cleaned(inside) and ready to go in about an hour. Mike Wolz always greats me with a smile and a great service manager. I was looking to sale my vehicle and I turned to KBB it gave me the sale it now option. Shane was the first to contact me he was not pushy but very polite and to the point. I spoke with him over a few days and when my schedule was right we scheduled a time to meet. From the time I arrived at the dealership and walked to the door Shane greeted me drove my vehicle and with in 45 minuets I was on my way with check in hand!! The best experience I have ever had with a dealership employee in 40 years. I will say that with out a doubt if you are looking to sale your vehicle because of a quick military move or whatever your situation is get ahold of Shane. More

So went back to purchase the 2018 Prius. But we needed a lot of help since we haven’t kept up with all the changes since our 2010 Prius purchase. The text message assistance from Chelsea Bank was very helpful and motivated us to go in. Cody Cox took over from there and he had a lot of ground to cover as we focused in on what we wanted and needed. He did a great job of explaining our options without any pressure. We were also very surprised by the valuation we received on our 2098 Camry and this erases all doubts about purchasing on this visit. We are very happy with the new car and our treatment at Lou Fusz. I’m sorry I don’t recall who assisted us in Gina Vegas but he was very helpful as well. More

Lexus dealer vs Toyota dealer I came in for an oil change and to get a price for maintenance which a Lexus dealer said needed to be done. I received the usual great service and price for the oil change. It turns out not all of the maintenance the Lexus dealer said the car needed was needed. I received a lower estimate for the work that is needed. Lou Fusz Toyota is an honest dealer that only recommends work that is needed at a fair price. I far prefer this store to any of the Lexus dealers in town. More
