I always wait for my vehicle and it is done in a timely manner, everything is explained to me and my car is always washed and vacuumed when I get in it! What more could you ask for! I stopped by one day without an appointment because my blue tooth wouldn't connect and the young man, can't remember his name unfortunately, who was checking cars into the service bay, came out and got into my car and fixed it without me having to wait at all. Will not go back. I leased a car from them in July then went back after I had an accident and the car was totaled. My insurance and gap coverage paid the car off and I was free and clear to get a new one. They were totally disinterested in helping me. The sales man didn't bother to take any of my information once he heard me say I wanted to lease and that because I had just been in an accident I was not going to be able to put money down he didn't want to help me. He said I would not be able to get the same car I had and that I would have to settle for something smaller and less nice. Needless to say I left. I went to another Toyota dealer and got the car I wanted and was treated with compassion and respect. I love Toyota and my entire family only drives them, but we will never be going back to Lou Fusz. If you interested in a Toyota go to Twin City they will be nice and professional. More

I was looking to sale my vehicle and I turned to KBB it gave me the sale it now option. Shane was the first to contact me he was not pushy but very polite and to the point. I spoke with him over a few days and when my schedule was right we scheduled a time to meet. From the time I arrived at the dealership and walked to the door Shane greeted me drove my vehicle and with in 45 minuets I was on my way with check in hand!! The best experience I have ever had with a dealership employee in 40 years. I will say that with out a doubt if you are looking to sale your vehicle because of a quick military move or whatever your situation is get ahold of Shane. More
