Easiest Car Purchase in 32 years! We were looking for a specific exterior and interior combination on a new Sienna Limited Premium and Lou Fusz had two. Unfortunately we did not see the email until the next day, but we did receive a text message from Chelsea Bank asking if she could call and talk to us about our wants in a new car. After texting and emailing with Chelsea, the Sales Manager, Patrick McLafferty, emailed us to give us the final details and 99% of the work was done before we showed up at the dealership. Will not go back. I leased a car from them in July then went back after I had an accident and the car was totaled. My insurance and gap coverage paid the car off and I was free and clear to get a new one. They were totally disinterested in helping me. The sales man didn't bother to take any of my information once he heard me say I wanted to lease and that because I had just been in an accident I was not going to be able to put money down he didn't want to help me. He said I would not be able to get the same car I had and that I would have to settle for something smaller and less nice. Needless to say I left. I went to another Toyota dealer and got the car I wanted and was treated with compassion and respect. I love Toyota and my entire family only drives them, but we will never be going back to Lou Fusz. If you interested in a Toyota go to Twin City they will be nice and professional. More

I always wait for my vehicle and it is done in a timely manner, everything is explained to me and my car is always washed and vacuumed when I get in it! What more could you ask for! I stopped by one day without an appointment because my blue tooth wouldn't connect and the young man, can't remember his name unfortunately, who was checking cars into the service bay, came out and got into my car and fixed it without me having to wait at all. And then took the time to explain and show me some other things that I didn't know. I couldn't ask for better service! More
