Once I arrived, I was greeted by Jim (whom I had worked with over the phone prior) and was immediately impressed with his knowledge about the Camry and all other Toyota models. After viewing various options and selecting the car i wanted, It was time to make a deal. Throughout the negotiation process Jim was upfront and transparent, I did my research ahead of time via TrueCar and was able to arrive at an incredibly fair deal with Jim. Jim's integrity was top-notch, I felt no pressure and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Customer service was great!
