New Camry Purchase - A+ and FIVE STARS I was in the market for a new 2018 Camry and decided to visit Lou Fusz Toyota given their great reputation within my community. Once I arrived, I I was in the market for a new 2018 Camry and decided to visit Lou Fusz Toyota given their great reputation within my community. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Jim (whom I had worked with over the phone prior) and was immediately impressed with his knowledge about the Camry and all other Toyota models. After viewing various options and selecting the car i wanted, It was time to make a deal. Throughout the negotiation process Jim was upfront and transparent, I did my research ahead of time via TrueCar and was able to arrive at an incredibly fair deal with Jim. Jim's integrity was top-notch, I felt no pressure and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Customer service was great! I plan to return whenever its time for my wife to replace her old Camry with a new 4runner! More

Very hard, in a car-centric city that St. Louis has become. Friends and family helped -- but it was always a struggle. Finally, we found a pre-owned agent at Lou Fusz at the Manchester/Lindbergh location who worked with our needs -- and budget!. -- Emmanuel Alcasabas stayed in there with us as we kept looking for the right vehicle. Any time I sent across a question, he replied back immediately. When we showed up at the dealership, the car I was interested in had been washed and warmed up, as Brandon had promised. We met, Jim Donohue, and he was wonderful to work with. I appreciate that he allowed my husband and I to take the car by ourselves for a drive.
