Jim 'Bones" Donohue at Lou Fusz was the first sales representative that I spoke to. After driving the vehicle I informed Jim that I needed to do some due diligence since Fusz was the first dealer I had spoken to. He provided me with a printed vehicle specifications sheet, a price quote and his commitment that he was not going to play the high pressure sales game. The first three dealerships I contacted said they couldn't match the offer. A fourth dealer said they could beat the offer. After eight days I still did not have a written quote and more importantly, they did not have the vehicle to even sell. Luckily Jim had stayed in contact with me and stood behind every one of his commitments, the vehicle, the price and no pressure. I wasted eight days and received call after call from multiple people from the dealerships that said they couldn't even match Jim's offer. I am now confident that they didn't believe the deal that I was provided and were calling to see if things had changed. I have purchased several new cars and I have never had a better end to end experience than I had at Lou Fusz Toyota. More

On all three occasions, Jim spent the time to match me with the exact vehicle features I was looking for -- no more, no less. Why waste my money? This time, Fusz had the Camry with the specific features I wanted on the lot, but not in the color I preferred (white).
