Service Department Since 1999 Lou Fusz has serviced my 1999 Avalon. The service rep I have seen for most of the time was Scott Gryzmaia. I believe the service needed was appropriate and reasonable. I now have close to 250,000 miles on the Avalon and it runs as good now as the day I purchased it. Give your business to J.D. MR. TOYOTA, you won't be sorry. I haven't purchased a new car since 1981. Didn't do it. Couldn't do it. The immediate depreciation just couldn't be justified by a frugal/cheap person like myself. I did some deep research. First, finding the best car for the money (a 2018 Camry) and then finding the best deal. Lou Fusz led the pack with both selection and price. A stroke of luck put me in front of an enthusiastic, confident and knowledgeable young man named Jeremy Danziger (AKA J.D. Mr Toyota), who patiently answered all of my questions and concerns about the new technology that is sewn into this smartly tailored vehicle. Standard equipment I should add. Optional equipment on the Nissan, Kia and other contenders. I will be 65 years old in a couple of months and this will probably be the last, or one of the last vehicles that I will purchase. I have a history of keeping vehicles until their last breath...I told you that I was cheap. My theory is that the new safety equipment will augment the diminishing skill set that comes as the years fall away from the calendar, thereby safely keeping me on the road. Jeremy confirmed my conclusions about the new safety technology, in understandable layman's terms.
