2018 Toyota Highlander Purchase I reached out to Lou Fusz through the internet while doing a vehicle search. I was contacted quickly and made time to visit the dealer. Brandon Whiteh I reached out to Lou Fusz through the internet while doing a vehicle search. I was contacted quickly and made time to visit the dealer. Brandon Whitehead communicated with me via email and text, which I really appreciated. We arranged a time for a visit. Upon arrival, Brandon had several vehicles picked out to review as I had explained that I was focused strictly on the Highlander models XLE and Limited. There was no need for me to test drive the car as I had done so previously at another dealer. After a short time, I discussed an offer that I'd already received from another dealer. Eric indicated that he'd be back to me after reviewing the matter with his sales manager. I left the dealer approximately one hour after arriving which worked great with my schedule. I was interested in getting to the bottom line and not doing a lot of back-and-forth. Eric contacted me Saturday evening with an offer that was SIGNIFICANTLY better than the offer I'd received from another Toyota dealer. I returned to the dealer on Monday, chose the Limited, and signed the papers. Brandon was very attentive throughout the process and quick to follow-up to any questions I had. The sales manager, Shane Roemer, put together an offer that was very attractive and straightforward. I got much more for my trade-in than I'd been offered previously. Eric Gustafson made the finance process very easy. There was no pressure to buy additional coverage - he simply explained the program in detail. Overall, this was the best new vehicle purchase/lease experience I've had. Kudos to the Lou Fusz Toyota team of Brandon, Shane, and Eric. More

He was organized and personable and gave us a fantastic recommendation on where to grab lunch We are so happy with our experience. Our only recommendation for the dealership would be to consider adding a changing table in the mens latrine. We had our infant with us on our car buying trip and it sounds like my husband had to rig up a location on the sinks to change her. More
