We accidentally went to the wrong lot, right in front was the Blue Flame vehicle. It caught my eye right away. Alex came up and answered all of our questions and asked if we wanted to drive it. My Lou Fusz Experience David Koop and Chuck Church went all out in finding a replacement for a hail damaged car we wanted to purchase. Within a few days another car exactly David Koop and Chuck Church went all out in finding a replacement for a hail damaged car we wanted to purchase. Within a few days another car exactly like the one we wanted was found at another dealer and brought to Lou Fusz dealership for us to pick up. Dave took the extra time to go over the car features and helped us set up our phones and remote connect even when there was a problem with the apps. Dave stayed past his time to leave work to stay with us until this was all completed. I give Dave and the Lou Fusz team a solid ten for the way they treated us. I will be a customer forever. More

I truly believe this process of purchasing is the way it should be and Rick made sure all of my concerns, questions, and requests were met quickly. I could tell he is a veteran of the car industry and focuses on what the customer needs and how to get there. The attention to detail on pick up was great (vehicle totally detailed and fueled) and the closeout process was painless. Rick even offered to pair my phone with the onboard system. Value added service to say the least. I would highly recommend Rick if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
