I hate going to look at vehicles feeling the constant pressure that you'd typically expect. I was able to test drive as soon as I arrived, had one minor concern which I was assured will be addressed. There were several people in front of me in the purchasing process so there was a long wait (about 3 hours), but we were able to leave and get dinner as opposed to sitting at the dealer. Mark texted me with updates throughout to let me know what was going on. Once it was my turn, we were in and out pretty quickly. Everyone was so nice and it was a good experience overall. More
