I wanted to find a new vehicle in a relatively short amount of time. I didn’t have time to visit a lot of dealerships and was looking for a dealership with transparent pricing that still offered a compe amount of time. I found a vehicle model I was interested in at several dealerships at their respective websites; however, the advertised prices were deceptive. At Lou Fusz I was able to get the total price I would pay before visiting the dealership. The salesperson helping me, Alex Abramson, also sent me videos of the specific car I was interested in before I visited the dealership. After arriving at the dealership, Alex had the snow cleared off the vehicle and inside waiting for my test drive. There were no surprises or high pressure and the sales process was efficient. In retrospect I have to say it was the easiest and painless car buying experience we have experienced. Our sales consultant was Mike Carroll and working with him was a breeze. After a good test drive we decided to purchase the cruiser. As it was a new trade-in it had to be inspected before being sold. He suggested we put some money down to hold it and after the inspection we could purchase it. I discussed the price thinking it was a bit high, and Mike explained how the price was established. I have to admit after checking prices on the internet of the same vehicle, the vehicle was competitively priced and we reached a deal. After the dealers initial inspection, I point out a few items I felt needed to be addressed. Mike made sure all my concerns were addressed, the vehicle was well cleaned and filled the gas tank. This was one of the best car buying (well, leading) experiences I’ve ever had, and the credit goes mostly to Mike Roche, our salesperson. Usually I’m used to pushy, slimy salespeople when I’m car shopp experiences I’ve ever had, and the credit goes mostly to Mike Roche, our salesperson. Usually I’m used to pushy, slimy salespeople when I’m car shopping, but Mike is the opposite- he was laid back, very informative and a very comfortable person to work with during the process. He was a great listener, he addressed all my questions and concerns, and I felt like he was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Though I initially received a better price from my previous dealer, I wanted to give Mike my business because he earned it. He was able to match the quote from the other dealer and the entire deal went seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier with my new RAV4 and I will be sure to recommend Lou Fusz, and specifically Mike Roche, to anyone I know who is car shopping.
