I had a great experience with Josh and Lou Fusz. I came in to look at a vehicle that I had seen online. Josh and the team caught this before I was aware and made it clear that they would honor the advertised price, about $6,000 less than the intended sales price. Josh was super easy to work with. I was pretty hesitant to buy from a dealership but met Josh and he seemed very down to earth and talked to me like a normal human.
