Jim Donohue was very helpful in the purchase of my 2023 Tacoma, they are in short supply and I had to wait a while for one to come in. It was a more expensive model than I wanted but I like it very much Bi Tacoma, they are in short supply and I had to wait a while for one to come in. I went there to look at 3 different vehicles and NONE were at the lot for me to see- all in different locations, so i had to pick 1 car vehicle for them to "drive down to that lot" for me to even check out- I felt I didnt have many options to review and make sure this is what i truly wanted from the start. For the car I ended up purchasing, the online posting had a limited warranty, but the manager said that was a mistake and should have been removed since it was not valid so I had to PURCHASE a warranty when it was advertised with a 12 month included but was not. I felt I was mislead and felt it should have been honored - nowhere on the papers posted on the vehicle did it even mention "As is" or "No warranty" or online. I understand things happen, but felt that was very wrong and made me even question if I should go through with the purchase. More
