Honestly, this has been going on since I bought the car in 2018. Back in 2021 I had a problem with the sunroof and also needed some basic maintenance. Communication between the service department and me was non existent. In order to get things resolved, I had to work through the service manager, who only stepped in after I left a poor review online. Now, I have had continuous problems with the sunroof as well as the tire sensor, driver side window motor, and intermittently the side sensor. I brought my car in probably close to a year ago to have these issues fixed. The sensors were fixed but the sunroof part was on back order. Over the last year I made multiple attempts to contact the service department about the whereabouts of the sunroof part (which has been an issue since the car was 3 years old), but I received zero response from anyone at Chevy. Being that I only have about 13k miles left on my warranty, I came to the dealership with the car, requesting that my sensors were looked at again (they only worked briefly) and that the sunroof was addressed again. I asked to be placed with a different service advisor but was passed off to the same person because he "knew my case". I was going out of town and left my car there for about 4 days. When I came back in town, zero work was done on my car and I was told all parts were on back order. I was also told that I was out of warranty. Apparently Chevy no longer sells my warranty (which is still valid), but nobody wants to take the time to look in the computer for what I purchased. That was the beginning of November. Surprise surprise- nobody called to follow up and phone calls were not returned again. Not until I wrote this review has the service advisor called me and by some miracle my sunroof part is ready. Chevy has had time and time again to make this right and has dropped the ball every single time. I'm dropping my car off today to at least get the sunroof fixed and now have to pay for a rental car because I still have to take care of my responsibilities without a car. I will have to do that a second time when the rest of my parts are "ready".

The oil was replaced and It has not been updated in the car control. I continue to receive prompts to make an appointment and the app and the car dashboard keep the oil alert low. More
