Carmen was a great and he is open and honest about the industry. They just happened to have a 2024 Camaro 2SS 1LE in Alpine White delivered less than 36 hours prior with all the options I wanted, down to industry. They just happened to have a 2024 Camaro 2SS 1LE in Alpine White delivered less than 36 hours prior with all the options I wanted, down to the red seatbelts. The team did an excellent job making me feel valued as a new customer which led me to being a happy and proud new owner of this beautiful car. I will definitely be headed back down all the way from the Orlando area when I'm ready to lease a second vehicle in the near future. More
Been chasing this vehicle since August. Made cash offers. Followed up in person & on phone, both Jonathan & Tracey. Made cash offers. Followed up in person & on phone, both Jonathan & Tracey. More
The worst experience I have ever got in a dealer. Poor customer service and the worst technical service. A man named Edward Mendez, yelled at me and threatened me by phone. Terrible customer service in the service center. Failed to let us know brakes were bad. Went in for an oil change asked if they can check my daughter's car's brakes they were making a little noise. Failed to let us know brakes were bad. Went in for an oil change asked if they can check my daughter's car's brakes they were making a little noise. Went back to pickup the car and was told that the brakes were fine. Ten days later in the rain my daughter is going to work and the brakes started making a loud screeching noise left side was pulling, she was so scared that she turned around and came back home. I checked them out to find that they were metal on metal and left wheel caliper was locking up. Called the service manager for days and they never returned my calls until I called to ask for the general manager. I got the assistant and she was very polite and understanding. She told me she would have the service manager call me, he did but I missed his call. I called him back and he never returned the call. The general manager's office never returned the call to follow up either.( keep in mind I was very polite with them the whole time even though I was steaming on the inside). We Purchased three vehicles there in the past including the vehicle in question. Only to be treated badly. We will never go back there. If I could leave zero stars I would. More
My experience with this dealership and sales rep, Willie was awesome. Willie B my sales guy couldn't have been any kinder, knowledgeable or accommodating. He went as far as driving me 35 miles away to my M was awesome. Willie B my sales guy couldn't have been any kinder, knowledgeable or accommodating. He went as far as driving me 35 miles away to my Mothers, so she could sign all the paperwork, at 10:30 at night and on his day off of work, he drove back to the dealership to take my rental car back to Enterprise. I would Highly recommend Willie B to anyone that is looking for a stress-free way of buying a car. Also, I would highly recommend doing your financing with Faissal Harrat. He made sure that i was able to finance my car. Faissal also gave me great advice, in regards to building my credit up and refinancing my car to lower the interest rate and payments. Like I said, I had the most stress free time buying a car, than ever before and I have bought quite a few cars in the past. Please go see my guys over at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. More

The most DECEITFUL experience ever. Lou Bachrodt should be embarrassed. Summary – Go anywhere else to buy your Chevy. Quickly-The words that come out the salesman’s mouth do not match what the charge, and the paperwork presented by the salesman and the finance team do not total correctly-yes, they use trickery in their match. The long story. I visited this dealer and was told the price I would pay for a new fully loaded Tahoe, High Country, would be MSRP, Tax, Tag and a rather high Dealer fee of $1695. Specifically, I was told they would never be one of “those other dealers” that add a Market Adjustment. The salesman, Guillermo, presented the written offer with each of these itemized, and then the total. The deceit is that the Total Does Not Add Up. When I inquired, he said look down below there is additional amount. It was there, Not in the column of numbers, but down and off to the side. I asked about that and he said, it was for Door protection, free oil changes for 3 years and unlimited car washes. ( He later described this as an “addendum” ) I said I did not want any of asked if they were typical add-ons that Finance would offer-he said yes and took the papers to his finance team. While I was outside, he got my business partner to provide his social security number, and then with out telling him why, or getting anything verbally or in writing, ran his credit through 5 companies, lowering his credit score 12 points. Later, he invited us to the Finance office where they said credit was approved, even though we had not finalized a price, down payment, or authorized a review. Then we asked why the total was off and were told it was correct. We stated we never wanted or agreed to their add-ons, which were never reviewed, and that we would pay the price agreed. When I called for the salesperson, he was nowhere to be found. When I asked for a manager, I was told he was unavailable, but no matter, these items could not be removed for any reason. We stated that this was BS and he said if we don’t buy the vehicle now, it will be gone-take it now or we will never get another. I asked for copy of the presented offer with the false fake deceitful totals (I did not add the adjectives) and was told NO. I attempted to take a picture and the paper was pulled from site. This drove home the point that they knew they were playing games and attempting to cheat an unsuspecting buyer or the would not be hiding. More-Later I texted the salesman and asked for copy of the authorization to run the credit. First, he actually had the stones to offer the vehicle for $1000 off the added $4300. Then, when I inquired about the authorization, he stated “We have recording cameras on each of ours desk” Holy Cow, is this dealership recording everything that goes on at their desks-Apparently he says yes. Be careful what you say if you ever set foot in Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek dealership. More still-The Finance guy called to see if I was interested. Then the Internet department called to ask if I was still interested and wanted to know more about my experience-she took notes and said she would review with her manager. I believe they recorded this conversation. I have not heard a peep from the dealership manager-I have purchased a vehicle at a much better price, with no “addendum” items at an Autonation dealership FYI, I have purchased a car previously from Lou Bachrodt Mazda and had a wonderful experience. It has been more than 20 days since we have dropped of our car and they have still not returned it or completed the repairs. We left a Chevy Traverse with Matthew Gonsalves, who failed to call the numb our car and they have still not returned it or completed the repairs. We left a Chevy Traverse with Matthew Gonsalves, who failed to call the number we provided to let us know that parts were needed. He then did not follow up and let us know that the car was sitting idle for more than a week. He lent us a smaller suv from Mazda but that car is too small and cannot be used sufficiently for our daily activities. He promised us the car would be done in 3 business days (already more than a week later). However he then went on vacation and did not even leave our car details and case with a different serviceperson. After that we had to call the manager who promised the car would be done within that week. We called to follow up and they still did not finish servicing the car. Now it is more than 20 days and Chevy has failed to give us our car back or complete the service. Absolutely atrocious service, I highly advise you to stay away from this branch of Chevrolet and especially Matthew Gonsalves who has continuously failed to stay on top of our case More
