As much as I would love to give them a 5 star review, I simply cannot. My sales person and everybody there were certainly nice. The vehicle I chose, a 2023 Jeep Gladiator, was every bit as nice as advert simply cannot. My sales person and everybody there were certainly nice. The vehicle I chose, a 2023 Jeep Gladiator, was every bit as nice as advertised which was at a seemingly great price. The loss of 3 stars comes from the $3000 total xx they added on to the price once we got down to brass tacks. I saw on the website the $1299 "Pre-Delivery Prep Fee" and the $299 Document fee. So I was expecting that and even agree with paying it. But frankly, the over 10% additional cost ticked me off. I thought long and hard about not buying it at all at that point. I probably should have walked out. However, I had a buddy of mine with me whom I trust when it comes to cars and he said I would probably not find a cleaner Gladiator anywhere. And even though I went through with the deal, part of me wishes I didn't simply because of their deceptive pricing practices. I don't want to leave a 1-star review because it's not like the dealership was a total dump and the people were certainly nice while reaching into my wallet. Keep this in mind when buying from them. They are not total xxxxxxxx but pretty close in my book. More
