I had $2,000.00 removed from cost. 2) Was not able to get an out-the-door (OTD) price of the car before calculating my trade. It was my own fault for not insisting on OTD, so it cost me an additional $1,000.00 on the overall deal. 3) The finance department insisted that I had signed for a maintenance plan at the dealership that I probably will never use ($199.00). I live in Fort Lauderdale. 4) I enjoy my new Equinox AWD very much, but it was not the best deal. Be careful and insist on an OTD price for the new vehicle. I asked three times before the test drive, but they ignored my request. It is the only way to get a fair price. 5) Beware of the maintenance/protection plans in the finance department and pressure techniques. I refused all additional plans, since the vehicle has a 3 year warranty period, and I drive only a few miles per month. I still ended up with the 3-time service plan which will probably not be used. 6) I feel that this review is completely honest. This dealership is not the worst, but also not the best. The salesman, Pablo, was cool and helpful. Just prepare to take control of the negotiations. I was in too much of a hurry to get home! More

My car was brought into this service center in 2022 Matthew Gonsalves was my service advisor During the first 2 days of my car being in the service center I get a notification that my capital one Matthew Gonsalves was my service advisor During the first 2 days of my car being in the service center I get a notification that my capital one card had an attempted charge for $1100 from Walmart.com ,upon realizing I didn’t have it I called the sales part of the dealership to ask if my card was in the my car and it was confirmed that the same card was In the car Matthew was working with. I played stupid and went to the dealership to discuss my vehicle moving forward Mathew told me he did a pressure test and the temperature dropped , I asked specifics because it was allegedly a pressure test not a temp test (there’s integrated sensors for that) Matthew got frustrated and said “ I’m not gonna keep arguing , you can take it somewhere else since you know so much about the car” (This was 60 seconds into the conversation recorded) Audio recorded I left the dealership and 15 minutes later get a call from the dealership that the car is ready when I got to the dealership there was a presence of five police cars because Matthew lied to law enforcement officers which is a crime in any state Despite the public embarrassment I paid the bill and my car broke down before getting to the next traffic light from the dealership I had the car towed to a different shop That shop confirmed dirt around the oil fill neck Meaning Matthew Gonzalvez vandalized my car engine . The damages done by Mathew were over $4500 Not to mention the public embarrassment from police presence predicated on a lie Eddie and Matthew are evil disgusting people More

Have been trying to get a refund on my Gap Insurance for months now. I’ve been given the run a round by this dealership. No one will answer my emails or return my calls. Both of my key fobs died. I went in for new batteries and was informed that both my key fobs were in operable and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $580. I bought the car from Nelson and he was a great sales person, there was an issue with the seat and they sent someone out to fix it.
