I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change. After one hour and 20 minutes I went over and asked the young lady who signed me in if she knew when someone was going to get to my vehicle. I was very polite and told her how long it had been, there was a gentleman showing her how to enter something on the computer, he asked which vehicle was mine I showed him and he said he would take care of it and he did. I drove out at 11:10. I have always had good service at Lost Pines, which is why I bought the vehicle from y’all . I hope this was just one of those things that happens sometimes as I don’t want to wait for over 2 hours for an oil change, and if you’re thinking I should just drop the vehicle off I live an hour away from bastrop so dropping it off is not an option. More

Service writer was terrible, didn’t ensure my tire was patched like I asked, after he said he would “take care of it”. Seemed to only care about how much I was spending, even seemed to take a photo of my patched like I asked, after he said he would “take care of it”. I scheduled an appointment for 1 PM to get a 10,000 mile vehicle service. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in and sat down in your clean and comfortable waiting area. The customer service of the service department exists with only one individual, Mark W. I had three appointments on this date for three separate vehicles, after having all vehicles there, on time, I wait with only one individual, Mark W. I had three appointments on this date for three separate vehicles, after having all vehicles there, on time, I waited for my service rep to approach in order to discuss what I was looking to have done, no one approached, not on of the three that I had a service appointment with. Numerous workers stood around chatting, not not one assisted. After walking inside and finding mark, he graciously assisted with all three, even though none of my appointments were with him. More
