I had an appointment but that didn't seem to matter - it appeared to be first-come, first-serve. We've seen a change in the past two times we have been there, not as good customer service as we have previously experienced. Some of the people we have grown to trust are no longer there. Staff are always nice. Very helpful to get the video from the mechanic with overviews on their findings. My only issues this time around: *When i booked this appointment, i asked for team to check AC but the service tech did not advise i would need a service at almost 200.00 to check the AC unit, and i did not find out til arriving, so i skipped it *when i get texted with findings and recommended service, it said i needed a EFI and throttle service but no details on what it is. I could not find my service tech til after i declined the service and then asked after i paid so i knew in case i needed the service badly to book in near future. It would be helpful to have more details on the service for people who dont know cars like me. On a side note, the mechanic left some paper and vehicle number on the dash and the plastic on the seat. They usually remove these things. Also, the decal they put on the window - it is a bit hard to read the next miles for service. Thanks all jared More

The Service is always excellent, but just yesterday when I took my truck it was raining and they had a rear back window open when I picked up my truck Of curse It was so wet and took a pic of my seats.
