My warranty expired 3 weeks ago, but if ANYTHING happens to my car, I will take it to them because of how well they took care of me. I felt like I was one of their friends walking into the dealership instead of just another customer/dollar sign. Nathan & Michael, you ABSOLUTELY make Lost Pines Toyota what it is today! I was pleased with my last visit (on a Thursday). I felt like I and my car received more attention than previous visits. The service advisor gave me at least three updates. Once the wheel alignment a I felt like I and my car received more attention than previous visits. The service advisor gave me at least three updates.
