Fast and simple I honestly hate buying cars, but this was my first truly pleasant experience. We found the car we wanted through USAA and lined up our financing before meeting Mr. Brown. There was no high pressure sales tactics. No games. He showed us the car, answered our questions, and when we declined the financing offered at the dealership, they respected our choice. We drove away with one of the best cars we have ever bought at a good price with no haggling and no pressure. We will be returning whenever we have to get another car! More
