I had made an appointment for Saturday 1/13/2024 at 8:00 a.m. 10 days in advance to have brakes reworked and oil change on our 2015 Highlander. I brought the vehicle there Friday before closing and it was parked in the bay ready to ego first thing in the morning. The service rep knew what was to be done to the vehicle and the keys were placed on her desk.Saturday a.m. at 7:58 I received a text stating that work would begin on my car. I called to check on the progress about 11:00 and was told it would be about two hours. I then got a ride about 1:00 and when I arrived I walked back to the shop and noticed my car-not being worked on . I then found a shop guy and he told me that they had just pulled in the car. I asked him how long before he completed the brakes -he said 1 1/2 hr. I asked him why they were just getting to my car and he said man we got slammed this morning. I guess making appointments and having the vehicle there ready in advance of the appointment doesnt'make any difference to your service department - I have certainly lost confidence in them, I guess I fall near the bottom of the pecking order with Lost Pines Toyota service dept. I ended up leaving there with my car at 3:30 - closing time was 4:00 More

None, I ama disabled 100 percent disabled veteran veteran with comprehension issues I made sure sales and finance knew this, evidently Carlos Liriano trains employees to lie steal to americas finest… I have the truck I paid it off, and have been in contact with lost pines about the 6555.00 they stole , the owner Carlos Liriano who owned the dealership, will not return my calls, what little communication I do have, I’m asked for documentation and I send it, they say they can’t see it, they are continuously, putting up barriers, to avoid me. My lost pines Toyota assurance turned into betrayal as they sold me after market products without my consent , I think of how , they did it, I never saw it coming, especially after I’ve told them no at least 4 times,. Their eye contact a guise for honesty , masked a deliberate lie. Decietunfolded when paper work arrived lacking my signature for the purchase authorization.this experience underscores the importance of trust and transparency revealing a breach that could easily gone unnoticed beware of salesman mr soto ,AND FINANCE KAILEY I think that’s her name I bought a gmc canyon More
I had been there before and loved them so much I decided to have some more things taken care of. To make a long story short I had a major issue getting trying to make an appt. online which left me extremely to have some more things taken care of. I left a few messages relaying how upset I was. 2 days later I heard from Eddy Cooke, he apologized and explained what caused the "major issue". He then set up the day and time that I initially wanted to come in. I came in, service was great, efficient and friendly. I will be returning. Thank you More
The customer service was immediate, and the attendant provided superb customer service. He informed me how long it would take, and I decided to wait in one of the lounge areas. The service attendant followed through with the process, explained what services were done and offered me some options for future maintenance on my vehicle. More
