Disingenuous service, exposed me on towing twice to bring my car in knowing they are unable to test, diagne head gasketvwithout coolant in, the purpose of towing, overheating car engine by running it and dri my car in knowing they are unable to test, diagne head gasketvwithout coolant in, the purpose of towing, overheating car engine by running it and driving without coolant in radiator, causing engine oil leak, and after voiced concernsvto servicecdirector, reacting Invoicevto cover it up , making false statements of mecstatin that car was overheating, l never made and gasket blown out causing multiple fluids leaks, l have never stayed, in fact stated of no coolant in radiator, coolant leak only, water pump and coolant hose needing replacement and head gasketvto be tested abd diagnose. Dealership ruined my cat by recklessness overheating engine and running it and driving car without coolant, in addition putting water unto radiator and driving my car afterwards, causing further coolant system and engine damage. Fraud and deception, would not recommend Lorenzo Nissan Service. In addition Nissan Corporate Customer Relations negligence, lackbof transparency and failure tovassust and disengagement from any assistance with resolution. No wonder Nossan Corporate goes under, efforts to merge with Honda, will not help in loosing customer base due to above and failing customer relations I'm USA, SAD, Regretfully, Nissan Corporate and product excellence are failing with deceptive, reckless servicecstandards, No Corporate culture as l know it More
