Te hacen pagar una inspección en 1250 dólares, y al final el auto salió con varios defectos, que obviamente los fui detectando con tiempo, neumáticos delanteros gastados, ya se tubo que cambiar los ejes delanteros, etc. Siempre manejan información que te esconden, creen que no te das cuenta, pero en descuidos por ellos mismos los escuchaba hablar entre ellos. Por mi parte. MALA EXPERIENCIA Y NO LOS RECOMIENDO. NUCA MAS Aquí la 1ra parte 👇 Compré un auto usado el 1ro Julio de 2023, a los 6 días notifiqué x varias vías, desperfectos que sentí en el auto, a los 10 días fui personalmente al dealer y me dijeron que debía esperar 30 días a que el seguro extendido que me vendieron se activara, ayer, jueves 3 de agosto 2023, nuevamente fui con el auto. Resumen: he tenido una MUY MALA experiencia, a 34 días, ya tengo que pagarles 200 dólares porque arreglen parte de la rotura, la que dicen ellos que cubre el seguro, agregar que a la compra del auto, un cargo de aproximadamente 1250 dólares he pagado por una supuesta inspección que le hacen al auto. Aún el auto está en el dealer (08/04/2023) luego actualizo y les cuento cómo terminó la experiencia. Por el momento MUUUY MALA. Our non profit early learning center Purchased a 15 passenger van that arrived missing a seat and other seats had holes in the fabric! We were told to accept the vehicle they would make it right. None of these defects were explained in the description and of course were left out of the video they provided. Since February we have heard every excuse in the book and it still has not been fixed. This van is not useable to us as we require 15 seats to transport our classes of 13! We can not leave one child behind at pickups. It is costing us thousands each month to keep our old van and insurance etc. …. Did I mention we are a non profit for under served kids in a rural area and these kids have no other means of transportation! Countless calls, no manager available, no one calls back. The salesperson Manny is nice enough, but clearly is not effective in getting his leadership to follow through on his mistake. Next step is lawyer, but wanted to warn everyone who may consider purchasing on line from this garbage company.. stay away! More
First thing to say, whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! The old dealership seemed to care about you, now, the new management is all about greed. We have been waiting for the vehicle almost a year. It finally came in, but we were on vacation. We told them vehemently that we wanted the vehicle. With only one day left on our vacation I was texted by sales person who by the way we have dealt with for over a decade, that they sold our vehicle out from under us. What they did was totally illegal and just disgustingly wrong. We ordered the vehicle straight from Ford and also had a $200 deposit down on the vehicle. The only thing they offered to do for us was sell us another vehicle if someone doesn’t want one of theirs. Now they told us we could order a 2024 if we want. We have bought four vehicles from this place and referred numerous people there who have bought vehicles. As I said before, now, the new management is all about greed, greed, and greed. oh, did I happen to mention that they also tacked on the largest dealer fee in Florida and also put two aftermarket things on our vehicle that we did not order? Yep, those things also added up to $3095 extra on the vehicle! So whatever you do, do yourself a favor, and go buy a vehicle from anyone but this place. I guarantee you will end up paying at a minimum at least $3000 to possibly even $10,000 more than somewhere else. Hey, if you just don’t like money though go buy your vehicle there and throw it away. I had the misfortune of having my Escape break down in Homestead. (I live in Stuart.) Had it towed to Lorenzo Ford. They had my car for 2 weeks and continually misdiagnosed the problem. I usually had to initiate phone calls to find out what was going on. I was told it was the engine, then the fuel pump, It was very distressing. When my car was finally finished I received a bill for over $800. $600 was for labor. So I paid for their inability to find the problem. After I got the car home, on the floor of my car, I found the battery cover, a thick wire, and the carpet covering was ripped open. More
Beware of this dealership. Just purchased a car from this dealership and after the sale I was looking over the paper work and realized they only gave me the finance agreement. After calling back several times for the bill of sale (Buyers Order) they kept sending me the finance agreement and says that’s all the paper work I should get. After insisting that I need the buyers order someone send it to me . Upon looking over the paperwork I realized they numbers didn’t add up. I was charged a few thousand dollars over the price I negotiated with the sales representative. I remember asking the finance person why the numbers didn’t look the sale he quickly answered that the sale price he had on the paperwork included tax and other dealer fees. Upon examination of the the numbers, the taxes and other dealer fees were listed elsewhere. I spoke to several individuals at the dealership about the discrepancy and that I need a refund of the money they overcharged me. I met with the sales manager and the general manager and I realized they are all in it together. I would say that if you purchased a car from Lorenzo Ford, I urge you to look over your paperwork. You might have been SCAMMED and don’t realize it. I know some else with the same experience and they don’t acknowledge it either. General manger and everyone is aware of this practice. I guess it’s the culture of Lorenzo Ford. Whatever the agent tells you they have the paperwork cooked up by the time you get to the finance person and you get caught up and doesn’t review the details on the agreements. Then they con you without you knowing it. 99% of people who purchase a vehicle go home and never look over their paperwork. Most dealership are honest and trustworthy. Lorenzo Ford is very dishonest and untrustworthy. Shame on this dealership. Again I am saying based on experience, Manger and others are on this scamming. Beware!!!! More
In September 2022 I ordered a vehicle and it took almost 8 months to arrive (September 2022 - April 2023). I indicated upon ordering that I would like to use x-plan pricing, the salesperson checked that wou 8 months to arrive (September 2022 - April 2023). I indicated upon ordering that I would like to use x-plan pricing, the salesperson checked that would be okay, and ordered the vehicle. Fast forward 8 months and I’m at the dealership. The salesperson is telling me how much pressure he is under to get me in and finish the transaction because his General Sales Manager wants to sell it for some ludicrous markup to other people who did not order it. So, I was expecting to sign the documents and be done, but I end up having to defend what X-plan entails (as outlined BY FORD), remember they agreed to take the X-plan and I never would have ordered with them had they not. I explain it to the individuals involved (okay, fine, no big deal it’s pretty clear cut) and all seems to be getting smoothed out. But, in working out the deal they refuse to honor FORD’s price protection and tell me if anything gets returned I wouldn’t get it and they’ll pocket it (their words). Fine, it’s $400, but an hour later after running my credit they then tell me they won’t even be honoring x-plan pricing and it is now MSRP take it or leave it—the total price of about $4,500 more. When I asked for an explanation, all I got was “IDK it was the GSM’s decision.” I asked to speak to the GSM and was told he is too busy (I’m sure). Bottom line is, they agreed to order/sell me a vehicle for a predetermined price, then after 8 months and realizing they could tell me to walk and sell the truck for $10-12k over MSRP, they had me spend 5 hours in the dealership only to tell me too badly. The General Sales Manager wanted to sell the truck for far more than I had ordered it and placed the required deposit, 8 months earlier. Go to any other dealership, but avoid this place it’s a circus. More
