Service advisor Sallina with the help of the service manager we're able to help me out greatly when Ford said it was not covered under my warranty they worked with Ford and ended up getting the work I needed done on my air conditioner covered under warranty as it should have been. They went above and beyond what I expected thankfully they helped me out and save me a bunch of money. I highly recommend Lorenzo Ford when you need work done in your vehicle.
