On Wednesday May 6, 2020, I came in to Lorenzo ford for maintenance on my 2019 mustang 5.0. I didn’t like how I put money down before I knew what I was paying monthly. I also didn’t test out all the features on the car and after a week of having it I tried windshield wipers there was no fluid so was paying monthly. I also didn’t test out all the features on the car and after a week of having it I tried windshield wipers there was no fluid so I bought a gallon and added it and it Immediately pored right back out. Also I realized the turning signal was not working the bulb was dangling inside the glass. So I took it back a few weeks later when I finally had the time. They had me wait 4 hours to tell me it’s not covered under my warranty. Which I assumed out of good faith I just spend 42 grand they would just fix it. No the rep who sold me the car told me. I can’t prove those things weren’t working when I bough the car. Then went on to tel me we can work something out for me to pay for it. I was livid. I didn’t even take the truck back we just fixed it ourselves. It’s been some years since I went to buy a new car. The experience was awful. I will never again buy a car there. And I’m on the verge of trading it in else where. Very unsatisfied with the way I was sold the vehicle and the way they just did not care about fixing something so minor out of good customer service. Oh also the truck didn’t have an antenna. So before I drove off he put on an antenna. The radio sucks it’s all static. If I could give this place no stars I would. Go somewhere else to buy a car. My previous experience was up in Miami. I was very satisfied. More
