Take your money to some other more reputable dealership! I purchased a Ford Explorer on April 22nd and the sales person was Juan Talavera. They agreed on giving us a good deal on the car after some back and I purchased a Ford Explorer on April 22nd and the sales person was Juan Talavera. They agreed on giving us a good deal on the car after some back and forth and then we went to the financing office and dealt with Ariel Alvarez there. After we agreed on the interest rate and the amount being financed, I left that office and went to pay for the down payment in another building. When I came back my wife had already signed everything and we just left the dealership thinking that we were given the figures we had agreed on previously, first with the sales manager and salesperson and later with Ariel Alvarez. What a mistake that assumption was! They ended up charging $2400 more than we anticipated. Ariel Alvarez told us that they will refund the total gap insurance amount and the other discrepancy had to be discussed with the sales person and his manager. First of all, Ariel told us that the gap insurance was going to be just $750 but he charged us $1100. As for the sales person and his manager, I’m still waiting for them to give me the document my wife signed with all the figures we agreed on. Needless to say that they aren’t willing to give us that document because it shows that we were given some other extra chargers that we did not agreed on. I’m contacting FORD as I’m truly mad at how these Lorenzo’s Ford employees were able to do whatever the heck they wanted to with total disrespect towards us. Horrible service dept. Took my truck in for a leaking transmission that they had installed. I know they have a sign that they aren't responsible for stolen items but I didn't expect them to take everyth transmission that they had installed.
