Had my car brought in for a head unit inspection. The service writer was professional. Wait was a bit long due to high volume. Areas that if improved would have made for a better experience: a) Longo to provide at time of appt setup approx. time needed as the inspection I needed was very straightforward (and since they take appts, b) professionalism of the staff at the pick up windows could be improved, c) link texted by Longo supposedly of inspection report did not work and d) results on the report were incomplete (received printed copy). We have been traveling from Burbank.to ElMonte Longo Toyota for over 25 years. In the past, we have gone to several Toyota dealers in our area, prior to servicing at Longo. We had trouble and difficulties with them. We'd rather drive over 30 miles one way to service at Longo, as we can trust and have confidness in their work. They are the best!!! Service and Quality that can be trusted! We just recently purchased a used 2020 prius hybrid from Longo and will be purchasing another electric car from them in another year! More
