Had complaints about my last service. Emailed the service director and the guest relations director. No response from either. I spent another 90 minutes getting the problem resolved and it was a simple reconnection of a hose. Total time spent was 5 1/2 hours for a minor service. More
Tech working on car left oil prints on leather seats, very upset. Plus work performed was not up to par, engine oil only filled half way. Extremely harmful and ignorant by the tech. I've encountered issues taking my cars to Longo, 4 different cars over the 3 decades total of about 5 trips these and 4 if them were a disappointments. I don't know how Longo is number 1 in the nation. Since they are, I scared to see who's rated second. Would they be even worst? I found better service by other mechanics that do better job. I hope someone would take action from this survey. More

The new "paperless" should not be forced on those challenged with electronics.
