Dropped off my car to switch the battery Saturday after hours and guess what??? I expecting my car ready to go home Monday afternoon and is so ridiculous !!! They don’t know where’s my car/keys and only be hours and guess what??? I expecting my car ready to go home Monday afternoon and is so ridiculous !!! They don’t know where’s my car/keys and only because I was calling every fricking hour to find out what time my car is gonna be ready and this is the second time that This happened to me so disappointed with this management!!! So I don’t go work Monday and now can’t go Tuesday either!!! They asked me every time!! Do you know the name of the associate that received your vehicle???? Helllo is not my problem right???? More
