Thank you for your response, but it is too late. I have taken my truck to another location and had my radiator replaced same day. Your service tech did tell me my truck was "too old", so it would take a couple of weeks to get the replacement part. I have a Tacoma 2002 truck. That left a bad taste, I got the impression he was pushing for me to get a new vehicle and was not too concerned about getting my vehicle fixed, which is still in great working condition. Please note Mandi was not my main service tech, she was great the previous times she has helped me. On this occasion I was serviced by someone else since Mandi was out.
