Top notch dealership. Appointment was at 2:45 pm. Even though they were very busy things ran like clockwork and was attended to at about 2:50. I was there for a routine 5K Appointment was at 2:45 pm. Even though they were very busy things ran like clockwork and was attended to at about 2:50. I was there for a routine 5K service which usually takes about 2 hrs and they would have been done on time but it was discovered that my truck needed front brake pads and a new battery they finish in 2:45 min for all that work. My first time at the service center, waited 20 minutes for someone to come see me, advisers were around just looking at me, until Laurence approached me and asked me if I have been helped. I was right nex for someone to come see me, advisers were around just looking at me, until Laurence approached me and asked me if I have been helped.
