Recently I had an experience where there was an electrical failure on my vehicle and unfortunately it cause my back up lights to go out. Very courteous and easy with check-in. The only bad part was the wait time. I was in for Toyota Care with simple tires rotation and multi-points inspection. Went for a warranty repair, issue was reproduced with master tech driving. Was asked to return 3 days later after parts arrived. Alex, the service tech, did not respond to voicemails and text that mornin master tech driving. Was asked to return 3 days later after parts arrived. Alex, the service tech, did not respond to voicemails and text that morning to confirm before heading out to the dealership. Did not get a response. Showed up to dealership and Alex was just chatting away and didn’t even remember our conversation nor that he had asked I returned that day. Made me waste a trip because parts appear to be backordered and I don’t expect him to be on top of this matter at all. More
