Longo Toyota had & has always maintained customer oriented. We have lived in the area over 20 years & now have had 9 Toyotas 4 of which at our home , rest with family who have traveled over 50 miles oriented. Have been working w/ Noli for almost 10 yrs now - he will make sure all of our Toyota vehicles will go over 200K even 300K miles. They do decent work, but I'm still not to happy about schedule service. For example I believe if I have an appointment for 2:PM you would think I can wait for maybe two hours not four. If they can't start working on my car at the schedule time, why do I even bother setting up an appointment. They tell my we have a lot of cars to work on so we can't get to yours until later, I think you guys just over book. More
