I have purchased 6 vehicles at Longo Toyota of Prosper. All were purchased with Tony Bailey. He is professional and efficient and follows through during and after the purchase process. I had debated moving up the trim level In my 2022 Tundra. I told Tony to let me know if he ever gets one in my desired color and trim. Sure enough he did and I jumped on the opportunity. The process was flawless. The truck however, was not. After several visits to the service department and some warrantied repairs, I decided to part ways with the truck. Tony Bailey and the team got me a great value for the trade and a great deal on a new truck. Preston Mitchell got me in and out of finance quickly. Billy Stewart always comes and talks to me every time I come up there. Kenneth James handles all of my service issues and assisted in getting all of my accessories off of the traded truck quickly. Trayce Carter is the sweetest lady up there and loves her job. She was decorating for Christmas and as happy as Buddy in the Elf movie. Harvey Portwood makes a point to shake my hand and ask how I’m doing when I’m up there. Doug Ranzer shakes my hand and asks how I’m doing all the time as well. Whenever I’ve had problems, everyone is quick to rectify the situation. I am a very difficult buyer and a picky customer. I admit my flaws. But they seem to not be bothered by me. Probably won’t be buying a vehicle for a while. But when I do, I know Tony Bailey will treat me like royalty……but he treats everyone the same way too. As does the dealership. More

I bought new my 2000 Tundra 4x4 8 cylinder Lexus Engine in August of 2000 and had it 23 years now. I have kept it immaculate and in great running condition thanks to Toyota Master Certified Techs and Toyot in August of 2000 and had it 23 years now. I have kept it immaculate and in great running condition thanks to Toyota Master Certified Techs and Toyota Parts the total time I have owned this vehicle. Today I got my Tundra Inspection, Alignment and had them Check on BR Tire not going on smoothly on Stud Shanks on BR Axle after just purchased 4 new MICHELIN Tires. Billy Stewart over Operations of Service Maintenance of all Mechanic Techs and Vehicles determined problem on BR Axle was collection of debris formed on my 23 year old Tundra Rim Chamfer metal that aligns and centers the Wheel on the Axle…he repaired it by smoothing the metal and applying Copper, a third metal to neutralize the two Different Metals on the existing Chamfer that allowed the centering of the Rim more smoothly on the BR Axle stud shanks that accept Lug Nuts. I hope I explained this correctly as Billy explained to me. He showed me the Wheel Rim as he explained this to me which help me understand the repair. Billy is exceptionally talented and brillant in his job with 20+ years of experience (don’t remember exact number he told me). He is very Customer Friendly and helpful to Customers by explaining and showing repairs in Laymen terms that I can understand. He helped me with another recent repair on a complex matter. Thanks so much to Billy Stewart (have learned so much from him) and Kenneth James my Certified Toyota Service Writer, David Araujo Manager over all Service Writers and Toyota Certified Master Tech Chris Storment. They all work very well collectively in getting the best results for the Customer. The price was super fair for their work. We have been doing our service at Longo Toyota since they opened and even though they happen to be closest to our home, I'd be willing to drive further because of how good they have been to us through the ye opened and even though they happen to be closest to our home, I'd be willing to drive further because of how good they have been to us through the years. Kenneth James has been our service consultant and I sincerely hope he stays for many years to come. We just had our 4Runner serviced. We had a flat tire a day before bringing it in. The service technician said it could be patched. We decided to do it. They patched it and put the spare back in place and put the jack / tools all back up very nice and neat. That was greatly appreciated. It's the little things that add up and I greatly appreciate the attention to detail the service group has at Longo Toyota. More
