Kenneth demonstrates understanding of customer needs and makes sincere efforts to meet those needs. He is unbiased and professional when making recommendations for the items that need to be taken care of for the vehicle. He carries solid knowledge and explains mechanisms, risks, and benefits of recommended service items; for example, radiator (cooling system) flush, and drain and refill of transmission fluid. He also accommodates the service schedule to fit our schedule. Kenneth also demonstrates great respect for clients and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction!! The quality of work done by Mechanics at Longo Toyota of Prosper is also great!
