After delivering the car , I notice alot of issues in the car and like needs balance let me test drive the car , the car was Gold Toyota Certified,. I went to Longo Toyota to help my older parents purchase a new vehicle. These guys are amazing! Pricing was extremely fair, follow up after our first visit was polite, consistent but was never pushy or annoying. I want to personally call out Tony “Superman” Bailey. By far the most professional and enjoyable sales advisor I have ever worked with. I wish I would have met him a few months ago so I could have purchased my personal vehicle form him! Preston in finance was also amazing, polite and professional. My parents are by no means sophisticated auto buyers, but he never once made them uncomfortable. The dealership is bright, clean and pleasant to be in. The vehicle we found online was EXACTLY what was presented on the website. There were no hidden fees or addendums on the SUV after we arrived. Pricing was the best in town and we didn’t need to go through and extended back and forth negotiation to get what we wanted. I know auto purchasing can be stressful, but Longo Toyota is just different. I can truthfully say this was actually pleasant and would highly recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Went there to trade in for a new Toyota.
