Although we have not yet purchased a truck (my daughter is a first time buyer with no existing credit), I actually enjoyed the time we spent with Tony and the Longo Toyota dealership in general. I think that Longo Toyota of Prosper is doing things right. When I asked if the dealership was going to replace the tires on a used truck we were looking at due to wear, Tony took a minute to ask and get the list of items that the dealership had already identified to be changed and replaced on the truck that was a lease return. He came back pretty quickly and the list had all kinds of things on it like safety inspection, wiper blades, replace front brakes and machine the rotors, clean the battery terminals, software update, cabin air filter, Alignment correction and replace the tires. After seeing the list that was already made before I asked, I felt that the dealership had done a good job of inspecting the truck and really inspected it for things that needed done. It was nice to know that the dealership was going to do the repairs weather we buy the truck or not. It shows that they are doing the right thing for the vehicles they sell. I would recommend Longo Toyota to anyone who wants a different type of dealer experience. More
