Longo Toyota is always best with their service and doesn’t add unnecessary expenses during your visit with them. UPDATE: After a great experience with a salesman, I would not recommend going to get your car or truck serviced here. I took my truck in for its very first service appointment and was very disappointed in th not recommend going to get your car or truck serviced here. I took my truck in for its very first service appointment and was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with the service consultant I worked with. The couple of concerns I brought up were met with responses of negativity towards Toyota as a company instead of respect for the company that employs him and care for the loyal customer asking questions. I had to ask several times before having him add it to their list to look at. My passenger seat rails weren't gliding super smoothly since purchasing and I was told it's because Toyota uses "crappy parts" now to makeup for the cameras, despite paying a premium for a Limited with those cameras. There is a portion of plastic trim on my steering wheel that has been loose since I purchased the vehicle. I called right after buying the truck and I was told by the service department to wait to bring it in for that until the first service appointment they could fix it up. I was told by the service consultant that Toyota uses cheap plastic parts now, that the clips inside break easily and that's what probably happened, and ultimately that they wouldn't fix it because it wasn't a failure to function and they didn't want the liability of working on the steering wheel, and more shockingly, that it "isn't their problem." When I asked why it isn't their problem, he stated that it is because that location is a private company and it is Toyota's problem. Not a good representation for the company as a whole whatsoever nor is that good customer service. I called Toyota as instructed by the service consultant, opened a case to get those things fixed, was told I would be called back the next day, called a week later and they said they had notes that this location called me, walked me to three other vehicles, and closed the case. They did not call nor did they walk me to other vehicles. Straight out lies. I hope that this location and Toyota take note as we had a great experience with the sales department, but the service department has destroyed the loyalty that we have to this location and Toyota in each of our future car purchases. ------ Harrison Murphey was incredible to work with at Longo Toyota. He treated us like people and not just another deal. After a bad experience at another Toyota dealership that caused us to walk away, Harrison won our business with his prompt responsiveness, kindness, and hard work to find exactly what we wanted. He worked after hours to snag the truck we wanted in the monthly allocation and then closed the deal in house quickly once the truck came in. He's exactly the kind of salesman you want to work with and employee you want to have. We will be back to work with Harrison when my husband is ready to get his truck! More
