We had the best experience buying a car this past week at Longo Toyota with Tony Bailey. I'd been looking for a truck all over the area for the past month or so and having no luck. I'd been getting the run around from local Nissan dealers, user car dealerships, and others who would keep telling me they could stay within my budget and then just wrangle me in to a completely different model car or just hit me with the same number I couldn't afford. Longo was different, and Tony was a godsend. I sent my wife ahead of me with the kids after speaking with Tony on the phone, and he TOOK CARE OF MY FAMILY. The kids were entertained, my wife got to actually see the cars she wanted to see, and when we had one picked out, Tony made sure the numbers I saw online that fit our budget were the numbers I paid. Even when they didn't match up at first, he made sure that we got the deal we saw and didn't try to maneuver around it. Simple and honest. And the whole time, he just treated us like family. I can't express how much I appreciated his genuine compassion for us. The rest of the dealership held up their end as well, as financing and detailing the car took way less time than I anticipated. All in all, I would keep buying Toyotas from Tony Bailey and Longo Toyota so long as they are still there doing what they do. Thank you so much for making our move to Texas that much more awesome!
