I put a lead in for a New Highlander today and my sales consultant Tony Bailey called me right away to let me know it was there and available. I set up my appointment to go in and take a look at it and whe consultant Tony Bailey called me right away to let me know it was there and available. I set up my appointment to go in and take a look at it and when I got there he had it pulled up ready for us to test drive. We got back, he looked at my trade and he gave me an offer that I was happy with and the deal went smoothly. He also gave me some cookies that his wife had baked for me and my family! I have bought multiple vehicles as I own 2 Teslas and Tony Superman Bailey is by far the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with. I would definitely purchase from him and Longo Toyota again in the future and will also refer all of my friends and family. More

August 2023: Keneth James my service advisor was exceptionally great, took great care with listening to all my needs and got my routine service maintenance completed, even found a nail in tire got i exceptionally great, took great care with listening to all my needs and got my routine service maintenance completed, even found a nail in tire got it patched it up, plus got my break fixed like new with his service team! Anytime I call and ask any help with maintaining my Toyota Corolla, Keneth always does his phenomenal job! I will miss him if he leaves Longo Toyota of Prosper because I can trust him with my Corolla!! I highly recommend Longo Toyota of Prosper and recommend highly Keneth James for all your routine maintenance service needs for your cars. David Araujo used to be my service advisor and he is now promoted to way up! Next Keneth James also will be promoted way up, then what am going to do? They both have been very good and unbelievably kind to me, giving the best professional customer service all the time! We all need a doctor for our health, same way we need trustworthy routine auto maintenance place for all our vehicles and mine is Longo Toyota of Prosper!! Second car I’ve bought from Longo and Tony Superman Bailey. Wanted a car for our teenager so went down to look at used cars. Had the same wonderful experience as the first time. Tony helped my son pick Bailey. Wanted a car for our teenager so went down to look at used cars. Had the same wonderful experience as the first time. Tony helped my son pick out an awesome car that he liked and was within our budget. No pressure from him at all and he is one of the most honest salesman around. He’s the only person I’ll buy a car from. Preston did our financing and did a wonderful job as well. I’ll be seeing Tony for a 3rd car very soon! Hands down the best dealership and Tony is the best salesman around. Highly recommend. More

Easy & fast to schedule an appointment to sell my Lexus RX350 to Longo Prosper. Tony is very pleasant to work with. They take care of all the paper works and get my check in less than 2 days.
